The distinctive three-spoke configuration of the H3 has given it more Tour de France top 10 TT finishes than any other wheel in the last 10 years, with or without stickers. It is the most aero production front wheel available. As a rear, the outstanding stiffness of the the wheel provides optimum power transfer.

The H3C wheel came about when the top teams in the pro peloton wanted a lighter TT wheel. It seemed like a reasonable request, so we made it. The shape is unchanged from our standard H3 wheel, but for the all carbon model we have replaced the aluminium rim with carbon.

The Stinger 60 is excellent for TT use. It is molded with our patented torodial rim shape which makes the rim slightly wider in the middle of the cross section and narrower at the brake surface. This design creates less drag by directing airflow off of the rim with less turbulence.

The most aggressively designed of the Jet wheel series, the Jet 90 is at its best on high speed, non-technical courses. It is an ideal all conditions rear wheel or for races where discs are not allowed. It is less affected by sidewinds than a disc, making it an excellent choice for races with gusty wind

Wind tunnel testing at the Texas A&M facility has proved the disc to be the most aerodynamically efficient of all the HED wheels. This has also been corroborated by independent tests at Bath University England, which confirmed the advantages and benefits that a lenticular disc has over flat discs.
